Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item. We reserve the right to inspect the product before processing a return.

Refund Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 -10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions:
Certain items are non-returnable, such as non-perishable items, custom items, digital downloads, gift cards, clearance items, and items on sale. If you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team before making your purchase.
